Detailed Product Description
This is Φ720mm Reeling Mill for TPCO. Its structure is similar to cross-roll piercer. It adjusts the roller profile and through properly setting the technology parameter, it can realise reeling operation within a certain specification range of shell for good quality pipe rolling.

This unit adopts principle of rotary distortion. It will produce finishing pipe with good quality after rolling. During the produciton, pipe will pre-rotary via multi-function front table. This overcome the difficulty of pipe bite. Plug is changed in back table which will be easier for extraction of pipe after rolling and release the impact to the equipment. Meanwhile, plug can get a better cooling and lubrication treatment.
