This Rod Breakdown machine is use for drawing and annealing 8.0mm Cu rod to 1.2-4mm wire, and collected by a double spooler or coiler.

This Rod Breakdown machine is a tandem type wire drawing machine with all the drawing capstans aligned in a row. The 12 drawing capstans are driven by the same motor while the last capstan is driven by another independent motor. In this way, the outlet diameter can be changed easily without stringing up the machine again (quick die change design).
