The extruded compressing fittings are used widely in construction of building, bridge, pre-cast beam, post-tension reinforced concrete structural etc.

* Outlet choke moved to end of the machine. The Inlet and Outlet choke designed alongside at end of extruding machine, so this improvement can release more operation space and make engineering more convenient.
* The traditional extruding machine is heavy and not convenient to move and operate as it’s weight reaches about 55KG. The new type Extruding machine designed by QR successfully reduced the weight into 35KG that would be much more portable to carry and operate.
* Orienting step for extruding die was designed adding on our new type extruding machine. It can save time of changing extruding die greatly. And there will be no need to debug the center position of the jack with extruding die so that our new type machine has the function of adjusting position automatically.
* QR new type Extruding machine will adopt imported seals that will increase the service life of equipment.
