I.   Application area:

It is suitable for forming plastic sheets like PVC, PS, PP, PET, etc.

The finished products are applied to pack toys, hardware, cosmetics, electronic products (batteries, electronic components and so on), foodstuff (fruits pallets, snack boxes, biscuit boxes, food dishes, trays etc.), drugs, etc.

II.  Function

1. Vacuum Delay, Slow Vacuum: It is to select the proper vacuum delay in order to improve the homogeneous degree of products.

2. Second Vacuum: It is beneficial to form the products well and improve the quality of products.

3. Second Upper Mould: It effectively guarantees that the products cannot be deformed in opposite-blow demoulding.

4. Vibration: It is beneficial to demould the complex products.

5. Motor Reverse: The heated plastic sheets can have tests on the mould for times in order to improve the quality of products.
