Insulating Glass
Insulating Glass

Insulating glass
Insulating glass is made by two or more than two sheets. The space between the glasses is field with air or other special gases and sealed with sealants.
Fine performance
Insulating Glass is made by separating two or more pieces of glasses with effective support and well-proportioned partition, and felting and pressurizing their edges with dry gas space between the glass layers. Insulating Glass usually has single-cavity and double-cavity structures.
Energy conservation   heat preservation and heat insulation
The heat insulation of Insulating Glass is the more satisfying one among all the present deep processed glass products. Especially, the application of LOW-E Glass, inert gas filling and warm edge technology makes the heat insulation of Insulating Glass reach its optimization.
Comfortableness Sound insulation and noise reduction
nsulating Glass is the ideal material for sound insulation and noise reduction and can effectively reduce the sound level in a large range. Under the obstruction of Insulating Glass, all kinds of noises can be steadily reduced by more than 30db. Another 5db can be reduced further if inert gases have been filled in.
Environmental Protection   Low Temperature but No dew
The most fulsome trouble caused by window glass must be the dew on the surface of the glass in high latitude zones. The wet window frame is the perfect bed for bacteria breeding. This will not only bring visual uncomfortableness but also will even be the inducement for people’s sickness in winter. The sufficient quantity of desiccant filled in the spacer strips of Insulating Glass can effectively absorb the water vapor in the air cavity, including that infiltrated from the outside. The heat insulation of Insulating Glass successfully solve the problem of dew on the inner layer of glass and make the indoor glass surface get rid of dew so that the trouble puzzling people has been eliminated.
Beautiful—clear and penetrated:
Different kinds of original glass pieces are used to compound Insulating Glass. The visible light transmission ratio can be adjusted from 12% to 80%. The reflectivity can be kept within 13-15%. Take the compounded Insulating Double Silver Coating Low-E Glass with E value of 0.04 for example, after inert gases have been filled in, its U value can reach 1.3 and even 1.1. That equals to the heat preservation and heat insulation performance of a 370mm thick brick wall. That this kind of Insulating Glass is widely used can not only beautify the buildings, increase daylighting areas and save energy, but also partly replace brick walls or concrete walls and lighten the load bearing of buildings
