Hollow glass is a unit composed of two or more layers of glass, between which there is aluminum alloy isolation frame filling wiht drying agent(molecular sieve); Its sides are connected by sealant(butyl, polyester elastomer or fabric colla).
Product Features
Optics performance: Depends on performance of original sheet-glass, in general, visible light transmittance varies from 10-80%, and reflectivity varies from 13-35%
Thermal performance: Can reduce noises, after filled with inert gases, it can further reduce heat transfer coefficient.
Sound insulation: Common Sealed insulating glass can reduce noises. After filled with inert gases, it can further reduce 5 db more. That is to say ,an 80 db traffic noise can be reduced to an extent of such a quiet 45 db noises. Airproof: Once-formed aluminum frame by 'automatic tubular curving technology', can reduce connectiong points to the maximum extent. In addition, with butyl tape, sulfur sealing glue, or structure glue, we can ensure the tight seal of the Sealed insulating glass and prolong its lifespan.
Frost proof: As water vapor content of the air within Sealed insulating glass is below dew point, so dew may not be formed.

Apply widely to top grade structural doors/windows, sunshade, and some places where sound insulation maybe required, such as schools, hospitals, office buildings, airports, hotes, as well as to the fields in refrigerating electric appliance, airplane, shipping, engine.
