Flow chart for lightweight aggregate:
First the raw material will be grinding to 100 around 100mesh, and then mix in the mixer with bond , carried by the belt conveyor to the disc granulator for pellet making, and then feed to the trommel screen to select the right size calcinations in the kiln, while the size which not suitable will back to pellet again. Materials stocked in the hopper, carried out by conveyor to the rotary kiln for calcination, and after came out, fed to the cooler, the hot gas from the cooler back to the kiln for second use, the final products waiting for package after separation by the screen, the dust from the kiln collect by the dust catcher, and the waste gas after purify back the air. The whole flow chart made by our company, both engineer saving and environment friendly.
