Main Feature

Multi-functions : the host machine can produce different products with different moulds, such as standard bricks, cellular bricks, blocks and colorized floor tiles etc.

Power-saving: During operation ,only the host engine operates a long time and other engines run for an instant, so it is power saving.

Quick speed: With high emission hydraulic pump and convex and concave moulds, the host machine framing and automatic stuff work simultaneously. Epicyclic plank can be shifted in an instant, and 32 pieces will be produced in one shift. The shift yield is the highest in the same model machines.

High quality: The mould is made of special material and the product made from it has standard size. Because of the combined effect of hydraulic tension and dynamical stress, the product stands terminal exterior force, and the density of the product is  quite high. The product has high tension resistance and break resistance.

Easy operation: The host machine is operated by one person, and other processes will be completed automatically. So it has easy operation and maintenance. Besides, the machine has high tension during mould and the material needs less water. It can operate under low temperature. So the operating period is longer.

Immediate palletization: Many models only adopt vibration or other single process when moulding,and the material needs much water, so the surface and density of the product is no good. Besides, immediate palletization of these models is not possible. The operating period of these machines is short and they need more labor force. This model can realize immediate palletization and product of it has high density. The shortcomings of labor and field are also avoided. So the cost of the product is lowered.
