Process description |
Storage of raw materials and preparation of mixed powder. 1.1Quick lime and gypsum Lime piece and gypsum piece is trucked to factory and poured into receiving hoppers by a forklift.Quick lime and gypsum is respectively crushed by a jaw crusher and sent respectively into quicklime silo and gypsum silo by a bucket elevator.Quicklime and gypsum in the silos is then sent to ball mill in fixed proportion by electromagnetic vibrating feeder for mixed fine grinding. The well fine grinded materials is lifted by a bucket elevator into a cementing materials silo on the batch plant for use. 1.2Fly ash Wet fly ash is carried by a belt conbeyor to storage shed ready for use or immediately measurement. 1.3Sand Sand is trucked to work shed and pured into a receiving hopper by a forklift then conveyed by beltfor measurement. 2.Mixted powder stirring Above mentioned sand,flyash,cementing materials in sequence are discharged into double-shaft-mandatory strining machine. Water added,above materials are stirred mandatorily.Then the mixed-ready slurry is sent into slaking silos.Well slaked slurry goes into wheel roller for grinding.Then the grinded slurry will be belt-conveyed to hopper of brick moulding press. 3.Brick green body moulding The moulding press hopper feeds the slurry into pree mould and brick green body is produced.The following step is to load brick green body to steam-curing cart whose capacity is 1180 pieces of bricks. 4.Curing and storage Steam curing cart loaded with brick green body is drawn by a hoist into autoclave for curing. The same hoist will draw steam curing cart together with finished products out and send them to products warehourse.Finished products will be inspected by appearance and graded stacking.
