Controls each production procedures with 5.7 Inch operator panel Eview or Schneider programming both in English and Chinese.

Both automatic and manual operation modes are designed on panel. Manual operation is advised to use when machine debugging or malfunction analysis. All electrical components are imported from famous brand France Schneider.

2,High pressure pump system:

Block making machine hydraulic parts and seals parts on hydraulic pressure system are imported from Japan or Taiwan, which protects pressure discharging or leakage.

3,Block making machine mould:

 Block making machine mould frame are made of 55# Manganese steel, and tamper head is made of 16# manganese steel. After carburizing,the hardness can reach 60 degrees, lifespan can use over 100000 times. Standard brick mould can double-side use, lifespan can use over 120000 times.Mould frame is made with inlaid structure, and mould are processed via the procedures of carburizing, nitriding and quenching which guarantee the strength of mould core could be HRC33 and mould surface could be HRC61
