AAC block production line
1.The simple introduce:
Aerated Autoclaved concrete block(light weight block) is the light and porous building materials buildings material,it has the light,keeping the temperature can't burn and other advantages.It can be made into many kinds of the sizes(such as 600*200*200mm,600*175*200mm,600*250*180mm,600*100*100mm and so on).They could be used industrity building and common building.They are more and more popular in the world.In the near future,they will replace the clay block completely.
2.Aerated Autoclave concrete(AAC plant) common conception:
The common concrete density is usually 1600-2400kg/m3,but the aerated autoclave concrete is 400-700kg/m3,
It has not big grain,use the silicon materials (such as the coal ash,sand,stone dust and others),through making the materials small,for example sand,they can be used directly if has enough degree of the small(for example the coal ash)Mixing the calcium material lime,cement water to a special slop,then add the aluminum dust and the additive.Make the aluminum dust and the special slop have a chemical reflect.Then produce the hydrogen to make the concrete slop expanding or swell .Next,put them into the curing room to concreting cutting steming curing,there will become the light weight brick.The porous rate is 70-80%.
3.Advantages:
a.Light weight:
AAC block density is 400-700kg/m*3,it is just the 1/3 of the clay brick and 1/5 of the common concrete.So it reduce the weight of the building s more,also reduce the beam of the roof and the pillar press best.Then you can see,it can reduce the materials and the cost.
b.Fight shaking.
The areated autoclave concrete is light,overall performance is good.The inertia force is small when the shaking,so the AAC block can fight shaking.
c.keeping temperature:
AAC block has many are porous,the coefficient of heat conductivity is 0.9-0.22W/(mk),the same as 1/4 or 1/5 of clay brick,so it is best materials now in the world.So the thermal insulation performance of the AAC brick is very good.
d.lowest waste,has many materials:

8)casting slurry temperature is about 38-42 degree.
9)the body quiet in the curing time is 1.5-2 hours,the temperature is 50-90 degree.after quiet the body strength is 0.15-0.18Mpa.
10)steam curing time in the autoclave is about 8-9 hours,come in and out the autoclave is0 .5 hours.After the autoclave,the strength is about 5-7.5 Mpa.
