Process briefly

Breakers will put large-sized ore gypsum  into small particles of less than 25mm through breeking, after storage and control of machine vibration into electrical charge, into the mill for grinding, grinding qualified health gypsum powder into the boiling furnace for calcination. The calcined gypsum powder will enter into clinker storage for storage and usage.

 

The whole process is as following:
