Detail Description

Light weight

500-700kg/m3. Only the equivalent of clay brick 1/4-1/5 and ordinary concrete 1/5

Earthquake Resistant

The light brick has light capacity, good overall performance and small inertia force in the earthquake

A certain high temperature resistance

The compressive strength of light brick increases slightly at a temperature of 600 degrees below

good sound insulation

The inner structure of light brick is the same as bread which distributes a large number of closed pores uniformly

Brief Introduction of Production Process

1. Storage and Process of Raw materials

(1)Fly ash(sand)and gypsum

 During process, proportioned fly ash(sand)and gypsum are put into Slurrying tank and made into mixing slurry. Then it is pumped into the slurry storage tank by slurry pump as standby.

(2)Quick lime

The bulk quick lime is conveyed to the lime storage by bucket elevator after being crushed by swing jaw crusher(Or: The bulk quick lime is conveyed to ball mill by belt conveyed after being crushed by swing jaw crusher),then the lime powder after being grinded fine by ball mill is conveyed to the lime powder storage in ingredient building as standby.

(3)Cement

The cement adopts bulk cement(ordinary portland cement (325#) or portland cement (425t)),and it is pumped into the cement powder storage in ingredient building as standby

(4) Aluminum powder

Aluminum power is poured into aluminum mixing machine to mix into 5% slurry as standby after being metered by workers

2. Dosing & mixing & pouring

The metered slurry pours into the pouring & mixing machine according to order, and at same time, the dumping device of electronic scale discharges the metered lime and cement powder to pouring and mixing machine. Then the slurry in Slurrying tank after being mixed will be poured into mold box below the Slurrying tank.

3. Cutting &marshalling

 After the base reaches to certain hardness for cutting through static stop curing, the overturning crane on cutting and overturning vehicle (10t) hoists and overturns the base to the cutting dolly and demoulds, which overturns the base 90 degrees. Cutting dolly moves to finish transverse and vertical cutting.

The cut base with side plate will be conveyed by marshalling crane to the steam curing dolly and then pulled into autoclaves to steam curing.

4. Steam curing & finished product

The steam curing time in constant pressure is 4 to 10 hours with the steam pressure 1.3Mpa and temperature around 190°C. Finished products after steam curing are dragged out from autoclave by slow moving hoist, and be lifted by crane to the transport vehicles

5. Retuning, assembling and oiling on Base (side) plate

After conveying the finished products, the bottom (and side) plate on steam curing dolly with the dolly are lifted to lane for returning.
