Machine Vibrating System (Chinese patent)
Vibrating Mode: It adopts high frequency hydraulic motor vibration and is equipped with patented vibrating box to ensure the high vibration density of each brick. The product has high strength in the early stage and the vibrating acceleration can be up to above 24g, more excellent than the highest standard of national industrial mold vibrators—12g. It can efficiently mold high strength and high density concrete bricks.
Vibration Isolation System: It adopts air cushion n bidirectional full suspension mode to make the product body have no damage or crack.
Machine Hydraulic Station: Pump flux: 120L/min
Rated System Working Pressure: 15~20Mpa (system allowable ≥15 Mpa)
