Detailed Product Description
Our organic thermal medium boiler is an assembled forced circulation traveling grate boiler. The front of boiler proper is the radiation heating surface of hearth, composed by closepacked double-square coil, the rear is the convection erosion heating surface, composed by snake-shape tubes bundle. The boiler is made up of the upper proper of boiler and the bottom fire grate, will be assembled on the application site. The air preheating device is designed in the rear of boiler. Some high temperature fume produced through combustion will be absorbed by hearth, then will be exchanged in the convection heating surface through fume chamber, when coming out of boiler, it will heat air necessary for combustion in air preheater, and then will be released into atmosphere through chimney by blower through dust catcher.

Easy to install, it will be enough if jointing the upper proper and bottom fire grate,
installation cycle.
Hearth uses double- closepacked coil, sufficient heating surface design can reduce surface thermal load, and then keep heat transfer oil safer.
Scientific medium flow, the heat transfer oil flows from lower(inlet) to upper(outlet), air produced in the process of traveling will be hard to stay in boiler, and can be drained away from system conveniently.
Scientific arch design, fume stays in hearth for a long time, it will combust sufficiently.
Hearting surface is designed in turning fume chamber, it will make partition be away from direct erosion of high temperature fume, and will prevent efficiently fume from shortcut caused by peeling off of fume-separation-wall.
