Detailed Product Description
This product is developed by our company based on our rich experience of producing waste heat boilers. It is suitable to recover the waste heat of methanol, synthetic ammonia and other chemical industries. It is a tunnel one-through structure boiler which has the features as following:
1. There is a Water Cool Screen in fron of the Super Heater which can ensure the uniform heating of the Super Heater so that protecting the Super Heater.
2. The Super Heater is made up of heat resistant low alloy, in addition, there are Diversion Plates to enhance the feature of wear resistance. The Boiler Tube Bank is made up of thick-walled tubes, which can enhance the features of wear and heat resistance.
3. It is a single drum, tube screen , horizontal, tunnel, one-through structure, which can ensure less dust stratification in the boiler, furthermore, the left dust is easy to clean, and the boiler is easy to repair.
4. The capacity of the up drum is large, so the heat capacity is also large. And its gas specifications are stable, so it is easy to operate.
5. All the parts of boiler is hanging structure, so they can expand freely.
6. The gas speed is controlable, which can ensure the uniform heating. At the same time, ensure the long service life and stable working.
