The boiler is half outdoor installing type and it has two cyclones separator connecting the front and the end vertical well.
The front well, the chamber adopted suspending structure and membrane water as the four walls, there are primary air box, wind distributing device, dense phase chamber section, lean phase section, evaporating pipe bundle, high & low temperature super-heater and fume turning chamber from the upper to end of vertical well. The end vertical well is a supporting structure with a economizer, high low super-heater and horizontal pipe pre-heater in it.
The upper parts of cyclone separator is connected with the back-feed device, both separators and back-feed devices are supported by steel frame.
The front well is embedded pipe wall with metal protection plate, the end well is light guard furnace wall, and there are anti-wearing liners in burning chamber door area, vertical well outlet to chimney area. Interior of separator and etc.
The drum is supported to the beams by hanging seat, the unit includes fuel inlets, lime stone inlets, instrument and gauge system and fume air flow system besides the boiler body.
