(1)Water-saving
In general, 1 kg cooling water can take away the 16.75 ~ 25.12 kJ quantity of heat and 1 kg water under atmospheric pressure evaporation can take about 2428 kJ quantity of heat.So evaporative condensation tanks' theory water consumption is only 1% of general water cooled condensing tank.(2) Power saving
The condensing temperature is lower when using the refrigeration system of the evaporative condenser groove than the air cooled and water-cooled condensing tank,thus will make compressor input power reduce. (condensing temperature increased every one degree Celsius, the unit refrigerating capacity of power consumption will increase 3% ~ 3.5%). According to numerous test report.the evaporative condenser tank can reduce refrigerating unit power consumption by 10% or so compared to the shell and tube condenser and water cooling tower combination system and saving more than 30% compared to air cooling condenser.
(3) Compact structure and easy installation
Since it is unnecessary to set cooling tower, so the whole device with compact structure, small volume, covers small aera.And it is easy for installation,the daily maintenance workload is small.
(4) Environmental friendly
Many enterprises often use "emptying decompression" when using shell and tube type or tube excitation condenser, but every time ejective is not all non-condensable gas, which contains a lot of ammonia (according to the relevant departments sampling analysis, sometimes as high as 90%), not only ammonia loss is quite serious, also caused the pollution of the environment.The evaporative condenser tank would not exist this kind of phenomenon.
4. Working principle
Evaporative condenser uses water and air for cooling medium,taking advantage of the cooling water evaporation potential and takes away the heat released from gas refrigerants condensation process.

The cooling water is sent to the top of condenser coil group and evenly spraied to the coil outside surface by the nozzle,forming a layer of thin water film. procedure2
High temperature refrigerant goes into from coil group upper header and assigns to each root coil to produce heat.

The high temperature refrigerant gas in the tube first will heated through the wall to water film,making water film evaporation and water film evaporation become water vapor,the way to potential part of heat to the air with water vapor itself which then extracted by the fan.

The cooling water has not been evaporated drippage into efficient PVC heat radiator packing in cross flow of air cooling after evaporation and drain to water tank cycle use,the water vapor is recharged by floating ball valve.

8. Product maintenance (1).Always examine compressor belt are still good,if the startup air conditioning with "zhizhi" noise,it means belt creep seriously,should change belt and pulley in time,If belt too loose will affect air conditioning refrigeration.
(2) Clean the condenser a lot,some car owners tend to use water tube to flush it when using air conditioner in summer.
(3) Should change air conditioning screen every year.The screen often touch all kinds of dust impurity, not only affect the wind, and can produce peculiar smell.
(4) The car have been used for 2 years should do eaporation tank cleaning.evaporation box located in the windshield wipers,every time open air conditioning,bacteria and dust contaminate in the case of evaporation, so it is better to clean it with foam.

recommendations
1.The water content of the condensate tank must be about 1/6 of the maximum evaporation of the boiler(s),which covers a minimum of 10 minutes of evaporation.2.When the volume of the system is above average,the return is slow to come back to the tank or when the water needs to be heated, the tank must have a larger volume covering 20 to 30 minutes of operation.3.The water must be heated when below 82°C (180°F), the heater capacity will increase proportionally to the percentage of make-up water.4.Consult your Volcano representative for specific details regarding proper tank sizing, feedwater or transfer pump selection, and control panel options
