One. Operational principle

Microwave was transformed into heat when some medium that it makes the molecule shaking and rubbing intensively and structure of cell membrane quaking rapidly; As a result, the living environment of bacteria was heavily damaged to get drying and sterilizing.

Microwave heating means that rubbing and quaking of high frequency makes heat induces heating rate became quicker and penetrability stronger, so heating effect of material is quite quicker than traditional roast. In order to avoid the burst of bill, multilayer transportation structure was used to tumble intermittently when heating.(Uniform heat, without burn of bill, burst, drying and sterilizing was operated at same time.)

Two. Technical characteristics

It is so easy to understand and grape, because the system was controlled by computer what operated in Chinese with Windows platform. There are some installations for parameters being out of limits, reporting of fault and protecting. So it is very reliable.
