Brief description of GMS series Tunnel sterilizing laminar-flow oven
The machine is controlled by PLC, bottle are transferred into preheating segment, heating segment(oven's setting temperature≥350,time in heating segment ≥5min) and cooling segment, mesh-belts speed is stepless and changed by inverter, laminar flow speed is also changed by inverter, and temperature is monitored by touch screen . After drying and sterilizing, bottles enter into following production equipments automatically. And the whole process can monitored and operated on touch screen. Temperature setting, display, monitor, recording and printing can be made in monitor system. The whole process is always protecting by 100 c laminar flow.

Use imported Touch Screen and PLC to control heating and operating technical parameters
Wind volume and pressure can be automatic control by inverter.
Setting, display, recording and printing are available in temperature monitor system, with alarming and faults displaying functions.
Complete 100c laminar flow system, with clean laminar flow protection for wind inlet and cooling segment, outside air cannot entry into the machine, and keep in 100c conditions in the chamber.
