GHL Series High-Speed Mixing Granulator
Descriptions:
The powder raw material and adhesive are mixed sufficiently at the bottom in a cylinder, and then they are cut into small granules by high-speed cutter.
Features:
1 The machine adopts a horizontal cylinder structure.
2 Fluidized granulating. The product is round and fine in fluidity.
3 Compared with traditional technique, this machine can reduce 25% of adhesive and shorten the drying time.
4 2 minutes for mixing and 1~4 minutes for granulating.
5 Dry mixing, wet mixing and granulating are all finished in the container which simplify the procedure and it complies with GMP standard
