Applications:
Themachine is assembled with two parts and can be packed andtransportedseparately. Under control of PLC, the machine can completeseparatelyall procedures including warm-up, blister forming, automaticfeeding,heat sealing and synchronous adjustment of Aluminum-Plasticstrip,empty-detecting, hard Aluminum forming, second heat sealing,batchnumber printing, blanking and scrap-collecting, etc.
The machine is suitable for blister packing with Aluminum-Plastic, Aluminum-Aluminum and Aluminum-Plastic-Aluminum.
Performance and characteristic
- Travel scope can be adjusted.
- Mould is located by locating groove so that its easy to changemould. Adopt the moulds of pressing-and-frothing and cool-forming.
- The material is fed automatically. The mould and feeding equipment can be designed as users requirements.
- Speed is shifted by step-less transducer. Adopt the interface of human-machine and PLC programmable controller.
- Adopt photoelectric empty-detecting equipment and waster-eliminating equipment.
- Stepping motor drive wheel to grip and tow wrapper, synchronize accurately.
- Theheating moulds will automatically separate when the machinestops, whichcontributes to protect the material between them andextend the machineslife.
