Application
ZP35A Rotary Tablet Press is a double-press type continuous automatic tablet press for the pressing of granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry as well as chemical, foodstuff and electronic industries.
·All kinds of round tablets and irregular tablets can be produced.
·Transparent glass doors and windows are installed for clear observation of compression. The side panels can be opened entirely for easy internal cleaning and maintenance. The external casing is in stainless steel and enclosed totally .Stainless steel internal table is installed to maintain surface gloss, prevent cross-contamination and to meet GMP requirements.
·The lay-out of all the controllers and operate parts are reasonable.
The speed adjustment of the driver is controlled by the frequency conversion device.
· All the drive devices are located inside the machine so keep the machine clean.
· The hydraulic system ensures the stability of the system.
·An overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus .When overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.
·Electronic driver system and other safety protection devices are installed for adjustment during operation.
·The punches and dies are also applicable to Model ZP19, ZP33, ZP33B, ZP35 and ZP37 tablet press.
