I.The characterization of biogas plant 

The  industrial biogas plant of double diaphragms is made of high-strengthened, high-elastic synthetic engineering diaphragm and of perfect anti-acid and anti-corrosion ability. Its capacity of absorbing the ambient heat and storing it is 30 % higher than that of other material.

The biogas plant is made by adopting a technology of combining internal digester and external protector. In this way, it not only minimizes the possibility of doing damage to the internal digester, prolong its life span, and also create a complete oxygen-free room for anaerobic microorganisms to do fermentation, which in return increases the biogas output ratio.

III.Explanation for Process flow of the biogas plant

The daily dung-dirt through the Dung-dirt introductory manger flows into the Preparatory acidification pond that can get rid of the large grained  suspended substance, while adjust the volume& quality ,PH value,temperature of the dirty water, as well as to aeration previously which can transpire some poisonous substance by atmosphere transpiration , as to reduce volumetric organic loading rate.The processed dung-dirt will enter into the Soft horizontal anaerobic reactor to anaerobic ferment. This project designed HRT namely that the time of the dung-dirt stay in the reactor is 20 days.The Biogas dregs-liquid after anaerobic fermenting enter into the Biogas dregs-liquid pond, meanwhile fractional biogas liquid return to Preparatory acidification pond to periodic duty. The remnant biogas dregs-liquid processed by the biogas dregs-liquid pond’s aerobic action are used for farmland.Biogas protector is used to relieve pressure of the biogas reactor bearing when the biogas  production  is more,as well as to prevent backfire.The biogas will get rid of the in-water by the dehydration device, and then enter into the desulfurization device to wipe off the poisonous gas---H2S in biogas. At last,it enters into the biogas storage; The biogas storage is mainly used for hold biogas to keep continuously and smoothly using.The biogas voltage increased by the pump is used for various depletion systems such as :Biogas rice cooker\ Biogas cooker\ Biogas water heater\Biogas light etc.
