Structural principle:
JZSA vibration screen: its vertical motor, which is installed eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, is regarded as an excitation source. The eccentric hammer changes rotation into a three dimensional movement of horizontal, vertical and inclined, and then passes the sieve surface this movement. Adjusting the phase angle on the top and bottom can change the material trajectories on the sieve surface.

Use and maintenance:
1, the machine shall be equipped with electrical protection device.
2, the early operation of the machine, check the anchor bolts at least once a day, to prevent loosening.
3, when the motor direction of rotation does not meet requirements, you can adjust the power supply phase sequence.
4, the machine is running 1500 hours total, you should check the bearings should be replaced immediately if serious injury
