Description
Bottle Unscrambler Machine is designed and manufactured ourselves based on international advanced technology in the beverage producing field, which is in accord with most of the customers’ requirement. It is used for settling the disordered bottles, which will be put into the bottle-store enclosure by an elevator. Thus, under the push of the revolving wheel, the bottles will enter into the bottle-cases and be adjusted automatically. Meanwhile, the bottle inverter device and the action of airflow, bottles will be ordered straight with the bottle mouth toward upside. Then, the wind conveyor system works for sending the bottles to the next procedure.
This machine is a kind of climbing type bottle settling machine. Tower boards and air pumping channel are set up in the revolving cylinder which is set in the outer cylinder. Along with the climbing track, the empty bottles settled in the tower boards will enter into the bottle trough, composed by the trough board and holding board structure, which assures the bottles falling into the bottle-holding board rightly. Bottles will be sent to the air conveyor finally.
This machine has the advantages of working reliably, each mechanical parts work smoothly in synchronism, easily operating, running automatically, speed-control by frequency conversion with PLC working stably with the whole line. This machine adapts various bottle shape in terms of customers’ requirement.
