Work Process

The equipment conveys bottle to the starwheel drive l through bottle feeding flue, and then to the bottle clamping mechanism of washing machine, the bottle clamping mechanism holds the bottle neck and overturns for washing the inside and outside walls of the bottle along the guide rail of washing machine, the washed and dry bottle is conveyed to the starwheel drive ll, and then to the bottling machine through the starwheel drive lll, the bottle clamp plate may hold the bottle neck and open the bottling value for bottling the machine along the guide rail, after bottling, the bottle is delivered to the capping machine through starwheel drive IV and starwheel drive V., the bottle clamping plate of the capping machine holds the bottle neck for capping, finally, the well capped beverage bottle is conveyed to the conveying chain though starwheel drive VI, finish washing, bottling and capping.

 Product Feature: 1Direct connection technology between air conveyor and in-feeding starwheel is applied to replace in-feeding screw and conveying chain to ease bottle changing process with only to change few parts. Newly-designed bottle-separating grippers are assembled to starwheel. 2Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation. Instead of traditional starwheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to make bottle-size-changing easily , without equipment height adjustment ,only few parts need to be adjusted .
