Brief Introduction:
The mineral pure(purified water) 3 in 1 monobloc filling machine is mainly used for washing, fillling and sealing non-aerated carbon dioxide drink such as mineral water, pure water etc.
Bottle transportation adopts the neck-held technology ih the whole process with grippers instead of the traditional starwheel,it only needs to change or adjust a few spore parts without changing the equipment height while changing the bottle size,special designed stainless steel rinsing is solid and durable,and it won't touch the bottle screw part,which avoids second contamination.

a. Rinser: Rotary; Bottle grippers on starwheel and washing water nozzles equipped; CIP system; (Gripped bottle are turned over and mouth centred above the nozzle spraying water into the bottle, after which bottles are turned to original position.)
b. Filler: Removable filling valves made of food-grade stainless steel and erode-resistant seal ring;
c. Capper: Rotary; Consists of cap hopper, cap feeder and cam-actuating capping heads (Able to raise or lower by a follower riding on a shaped cam).
