machine Application
It is mainly used for mineral water or pure water bottling filling.
Main characters
Stand
Main body is structure steel, whose surface is packed by stainless steel. The machine window’s frame is from SUS304 stainless steel. The feet of stand is from SUS304 also, and its height is adjustable
Transport driving system
It adopts air conveyor and neck-clip technology transportation to be sure about the stability. And for different diameter bottle, only need to exchange the nylon disc. For the different height bottle, only need to the machine conveyor height. So the neck-clip technology is convenient.
Rotary Rinsing part
There are 14 pieces bottle rinsing head. The bottle neck clamp is stainless steel. Bottle rinsing nozzle is in plum blossom structure, it can rinse to all the angle of the bottle, and rinsing effect is very wonderful. The rinsing time is more than 3 seconds; time for drip to be dry is more than 3 seconds. After dripping, the residue water less than 5-6 drops
Rotary filling part
It has 12 filling valves. The filling system adopts gravity normal pressing filling principle. The liquid material tank is from stainless steel, inside or out side mirror polished. It is equipped with level controller; the level tolerance is within 5 mm.
Rotary capping part
There are 5 capping heads. The machine is designed on the base of Alcoa (France) technology. It adopts magnetic moment capping, which has the function of unload the overloading force on the cap, so the capping head have the function of protect the cap from damage.
Cap unscrambler part
Horizontal pneumatic cap unscrambler has no harm to the cap surface, can stable and efficient running. Inner the cap hopper, there is inspection fitting, which can send signal to supply cap or not supply.
The cap unscrambler can realize no bottle, no cap conveying
The cap unscrambler is put on the right side of the host, and its height is not high, convenient for the operator to do cap feeding, no need the cap elevator.
Driving system
The driving motor is inverter type motor, so the host running speed is adjustable
Controlling system and operate panel
Seal type electrical control cabinet is from SUS304 material. The PLC, inverter, touch screen, photo electrical switch, sensor switch and pneumatic elements are all from worldwide famous brand.
