Custom Screen Printing and Embroidery
Time frame is generally 2 to 3 weeks or so for delivery.

Embroidery and Screen Printing can be ordered by the E-Mail. There are so many variables with custom orders that we have found that it is much easier to allow us to see it by e-mail when placing your order.
Description of the different types:
A.) Screen printing- selected products
Great if you only have one color.
Does not work on 6 panel caps because of the seam down the front panel. 5 Panel caps only. (But if your logo is a small one, and you also would like print on profile of front, 6 panels is ok.
B.) Embroidery - Great for that professional look
Colors: We can change the colors of the threads to whatever you want even if it is different than the picture.
Size: We will size it to the shape and size of the hat.
Minimum Order: 500pcs. We’ll accept it if your quantity is lower 500pcs. But the price will be raised.
C.) Thermal Transfer Printing - great for picture
Print anything directly to your cap - that means full color pictures and drawings.
Will print gradient colors if your logo gradient pattern.
Can be printed on both Visor, Crown, and Sides.
Minimum Order: 500pcs. Can be different items.

When placing an order:
1 Find the cap you are looking for and tell us your quantity that you want and other requirements you need.
2 If you are ordering embroidery or screen printing for your cap, pls email us your logo picture or design, so that we can estimate the price.
3 We’ll quote a price at once according to your requirements.
4 If you think the price is ok, you can accept it. We’ll help you to check the freight for your reference if you needed.
5 If you think the price is not meet your target price. That’s ok, we’ll according to your target price to recommend the proper material, logo size, embroidery or print. To made you reduce the unnecessary cost.
6 If all things are ok now and you want to check the quality, we can make a sample for your check. Sure, you need to pay $50 per style, not including the sample freight. We’ll check the express delivery freight, then send you by DHL, FedEx or others. If you have express delivery account, that’s great. You just give me it is ok. We’ll arrange to send you the sample.
7 If you think there’s not much reason to make sample, can start it directly and will pay 30% for the cap as deposit. We’ll also make a sample for you to ensure the quality and this is right cap you want. Just this sample is for free. You can’t pay it.
8 The payment way, we’ll accept T/T 30% in advance, T/T 70% before shipment, West Union, 30% in advance, 70% L/C at sight (if your quantity is big). We’ll send you the Proforma Invoice before you pay the cap.
9 After you confirm the final, we’ll start the bulk production. We’ll show you the process about every step by taking photos for you.
10 Finished and delivery the caps within the appointed time
