The machine is used to form sheet metal with high precision.It can finish the processing and forming of complicated geometry shapes of work pieces in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy. The structure is wholly welded steel with high precision. Good rigidity of working table,uprights and ram, slight deformation of working table and ram when pressing, optimum straightness and same angle of work pieces. It has double cylinders driving structure. The full closed system by electrical-hydraulic proportional servo valve and optical scale ensures the synchronous precision of ram (Y1,Y2) and workpiece precision. Hydraulic crowning device with 3 oil cylinders on working table (V axis) has automatic compensating function. Easy to clamp the upper dies with equiped manual fast clamping tool. Forward and backward of back gauge (X axis) is controlled and adjusted by CNC system to ensure the same forward and backward movement of back gauge beam, as well as the upward and downward of back gauge beam (R axis) to ensure the same height of lower tool with back gauge.
