High precision W24S Two bottom dies pipe bending machine
W24S-series pipe bending machine is section bending machine with arc-line adjusting. It can complete bending and prebending. Two bottom dies are driving roller, if necessary, top die will be designed driving roller. Top die is fixed. Bottom dies move with arc-line by hydraulic cylinder, it’s positions are displayed on control panel. The display precision is less than 0.1mm. To ensure bending quality of unsymmetrical section, two guide rollers are mounted. The pipe bending machine can be placed horizontal or vertically.
