This machine is used to bend G, U or L shaped heat exchangers of air conditioners

This equipment adopt hydraulic drive. RW850/RW1100 is with Cantilever pressure rack. RW1500 is with gantry pressure rack. Both of these two types can position the workpiece automatic. When machine is working, bender plate and bender stand can move and rotary with the workpiece, so that the workpiece can be protected. Machine adopt rotary code control system to adjust the angle of workpiece therefore customer can change the angle in the permit capacity. Electric control system adopt PLC and have point drive and auto drive to be choose finishing the whole work cycle like fixing coil, bending, reposition.
