WPC deck tile is made of bamboo, plastic and chemical additives. Easily click together the tiles in the pattern you like.
The Eco-friendly wood plastic composite DIY deck tile we produced is made of:
30% HDPE (Grade A Recycled HDPE)
60% bamboo/wood fiber (Professionally treated dry bamboo/wood fiber)
10% chemical additives (Anti-UV agent, Anti-oxidation agent, stabilizers, colorants, anti fungus agent, coupling agent, reinforcing agent, lubricants...etc.)
This material is extruded by professional Wood-plastic extruding machine under high temperature and pressure, so it is a kind of insect proof, green environmental responsible material.
The main features of this material is as following:

2. With the look of the natural wood but no timber problems
3. Moisture/Water resistant, no rotten, proven under salt water condition
4. Barefoot friendly, anti-slip, no cracking, no warping,
5. Requires no painting, no glue, low maintenance

7. Termites, insects, and moldy-proof

Care & maintenance
1. Not suitable to be used or stocked in the wet place without enough sunshine and wind for long time, otherwise it will be moldy.
2. Not suitable to be used or stocked in the place where the temperature changes frequently, such as Sauna room, otherwise it will be moldy or warping.
3. Although we have already added colorants and stabilizers during production, the deck tile will still have a little slight color variations. This is a natural occurrence in the fibers and plastic used in the manufacturing process.
4. During the first several months after installation, there might be water stain on the surface, while the water will not go into the tiles. About several weeks later, the water stain will disappear by itself.
5. Sand paper and steel wools are recommended to remove the ink, wine stain, chalk mark etc…
EASY INTERLOCKING ASSEMBLY
(1) One carton box contains 11pcs of easy deck tiles.
(2) The size of the deck tile is 30x30x2.2cm
(3) The size of the carton is 32 x 32x24cm
(4) The gap between two deck tiles is around 4mm.
(5) 1 carton of deck tile = 1sqm
