Attention:

1 Please connect tube and ballast with same wattage.2Tube should be installed in the lamp shade with shield function.3 Ballast should be installed on the plate directly or the box outside the lamp shade. And please fix ballast horizontal or vertical, do not sloping.4 Prohibit to power-on ballast without tube.5 Keep wire connected well between tube, ballast and lamp shade.6 Tube’s temperater is high enough, before repair, please cut-off power first, and stay tube after cooling, avoiding to be get a burn and electric shock accidents7 Prohibit to change the connection between tube, ballast and fixture during power supplied.8 The installation staffs must possess Electrician Operation Certificate
