Working environment parameters:

Installation method

a)      Sensor: installed on the top surface of instrument panel in driving cab;

b)      Controller host: stick the controller on the inside instrument panel with adhesivesticker, the viscous side should face downward to enable the adhesive strength of adhesive sticker not to bear the weight of controller, if conditions permitted, fix the controller to a proper position on the instrument with mucilageglue (recommended method of installation), the wiringharness should be concealed inside the instrument panel, lined in order and fastened with wire ties.  

Functions:

a)      It can automatically turn on/off the corresponding lamps according to the brightness change of outside environment: turn-on sequence: clearance lamp/low beam/high beam; turn-off sequence: high beam/low beam/clearance lamp, completely adaptive to the daily usage habit of general drivers, the control signals used to turn on/off the lamps come from the digital light intensity sensor, which are accurate, stable, digitalized and objective, reducing the error probability of subjectivejudgment.

 

b)      It can automatically switch high beam to low beam when meeting another car at a distance of 100 meters (±10 meters) away in accordance with the statutory requirements, and automatically switch back to high beam after the other car passes by: the headlight is in high beam status when the car is travelling, it can automatically switch to low beam when meeting another car at the distance of 100 meters (±10 meters) away till such car passes by. If during this process the car comes across a third car within a direct line distance of 100 meters (±10 meters) away, the headlight will keep in the low beam status till such third car passes by. The headlight will delay 15 seconds before switching back to high beam after there is no car within a distance of 100 meters away in the opposite direction.

 

c)      Automatically delay 30 seconds to turn off the lamp after flameout: this function is applicable to part of imported high-end models, such as the “Guide Me Home” function declared to the outside by Volkswagen series, namely this control system stimulates a power source to supply the lamp system within 30 seconds after flameout, thus to keep the lamp system in the power-up state for 30 seconds to provide the lighting needed by driver after parking the car in a dark area.

 

         Auto-flash system of rear-ending accident avoidance brake lamp: under normal conditions, the brake lamp will be on when the brake switch is connected, but long-term driving fatigue would often cause the driver of the car behind to have visual fatigue to the signal lamps such as brake lamp, therefore we changed the warning mode of brake lamp to flash type, the flash light will be conducive to increasing the degree of attention of the driver of the car behind, thus to reduce the probability of occurrence of rear-end collisions due to insufficient degree of attention of drivers, the brake lamp will flash three times instead of flashing all the time for the purpose of avoiding the aversion of the drivers on cars behind in case of traffic jam.
