Main characteristics: This is our 4th generation automatic nonwoven bag making machine. This machine applies for non-woven materials. It can make many kinds of bags such as vest shopping bags, flat bags, loop handle bags, flat bags, packaging bags for gifts, purses and makeup, etc. It is equipped with micro-computer controlling system, stepless motor to control the length and photo electricity to track the detecting mark accurately and steadily. There are controlling devices like auto-counting alarming, auto-punching etc., which make the finished products well-sealed and nice-cutting with high speed and efficiency. It is an ideal environmental bag making equipment.1. The machine uses integrated circuit micro-computer programmed controlling system and chain wheel driving unit. It is equipped with stepless speed adjusting device, auto counting, auto error-correction system (1set) and ultrasonic generator interruption controlling system (1 set).2. The device is equipped with OMRON photoelectricity swift, Mitsubishi electronic device to make the machine run more stably, efficiently.3. The device uses American circuit ultrasonic generators (can finish both cold sealing and heat sealing) instead of Chinese high quality ultrasonic generators (only heat sealing) which have strong sealing and high efficiency. Cold sealing can protect the ultrasonic generators very well during the production. Main machine and ultrasonic generators running at the same time can also prolong the using life of ultrasonic generators. 4. The device uses special cutting knife to promise the neat cutting edge. The guiding orbit uses high precision ABBC roller from Taiwan.5. The machine is equipped with 2 high precision oxidized aluminium rollers and 26 horniness oxidized aluminium rollers.6. The device uses cylinders to add the sealing pressure and can adjust the sealing period to promise the sealing fastness especially for high grammage fabrics.7. The transforming among different models and sizes of bags still uses the second generation machine’s advantages. Our machine has much simpler operation than other supplier’s machines.8. The device is equipped with our factory’s own designed bag folding system which has very neat folding. Tension adjusting makes the running more stably.9. The device uses one-piece substructure connection to promise the synchronous tension and stable transferring.10. Outputting part has static electricity eliminate device, stacking system and punching manipulator.11. The main parts of the machine use 304# stainless steel and the machine has reasonable electronic wire layout. The whole shelf of the machine uses Chinese good 45# steel to make the running more stably.12. The maximum raw material feeding width is 1200mm. 13. Producing speed: about 30-60pcs/minute (according to the grammage of PP nonwoven fabrics and the sizes of the bags).14. Power: 220V/50Hz, 1 Phase.
