We have experienced in ABS luggage sheet machines and PC luggage sheet machines. Normally, the PC luggage sheets are of 3 layers: Cystalization layer( virgin material) - color layer(virgin material) - base layer( used material); Some clinets also make sheet with ABS layer+ PC layer. Some products is ABS sheet laminated with PC film.
For the 3 layer PC sheet machine, Normally, we have 2 types of this kind of machines: one is horeizon type calander-roll system; the other adopts vertical style calander roll system. The second type is more porpular in this field.
