HID Check Projectors:
1. Appearance: smooth surface without scratches, no deformation, damage, no broken links, non-deformation, Plug connection should be firm, not to loose.
2. Insulation test: The insulation resistance of shell .>=100M
3. Open-circuit test: output open, connected to 13.2V DC, high voltage discharge output stop at 1-2 seconds, the product enter ED into automatic protection state
4. Short-circuit test: output at short circuit state, connected to 13.2V DC, after 0.5-1 second, product entered into automatic protection state.
5. Working current: connected to 13.2V DC, cold start-up current<=4.0A, stable current: 3.2+-0.1A
6. Hot Start test: Continuous start up to 5 times after stable work for 5 minutes, barrier-free, hot starting current:<=3.2A
7. Reverse test: connected to 13.2V DC reversely, the product wouldn't work.
8. Overvoltage protection: When the voltage reach 18-19V, product entered into automatic protection state.
9. Loss test: lighting tube power stayed at 35+-1W, the loss of the ballast should be 6+-1W
10. Surface temperature test: connected ballast with xenon lamp, light for an hour at room temperature, the ballast surface temperature should not exceed 60degree.
11. Waterproof performance: immerse the ballast in 100cm water at normal temperature for half an hour, the ballast could still work.
12. High and Low temperature performance: the ballast could work at temperature -40degree~+105degree
