I.Structural Features
1. At present, the domestically manufactured asphalt mixing plants are often accompanied with problems such as overweight, over width, over length and structural distortion on transportation owing to its unreasonable design of the structure. J2000 asphalt mixing plant conquers the above mentioned problems through using international standard container in its structure design and therefore the plant is much easier and safer to transport.
2. The installation structure of J2000 is simple. Installation can be started only by handling the ground a little bit. The installation between containers is easy and it only needs bridge fittings and bolts to link. All the tests of the main parts of the plant can be done at factory. It only takes 15 days from installation to operation and it is quick and easy to install, test and transfer which greatly ensures the construction period of the contractors.
II. Main characteristics
1. Production Capacity: 160 t/h
2. Fuel Consumption: The usable fuels of this plant include diesel, heavy oil and residual oil. 6.5 Kg diesel shall be cost to produce a ton of mixture. (Fule calorific value is 43250 KJ/kg)
3. Measuring Accuracy: Aggregate and filler is ±0.3;Bitumen is ±0.1 and the tolerance of oil sand ratio is less than ±0.3.
4. Dust Collecting Efficiency & Environmental Noise: Equipped with primary inertia dust separator and secondary bag filters provide that the emission of dust is lower than 50 mg/Nm3 and environmental noise is lower than 70 db. These parameters are completely complied with the state requirement for asphalt mixing equipment.
5. Temperature control & Quality of mixture: With the tolerance no more than ±5, temperature of mixture can be set by computer or controlled by manual operation. Quality of the mixture can meet various needs of all construction.
6. Controlling type: With colorful computer screen, the plant can be totally operated by computer or hand and the installed gross capacity is 420KW.
7. Additional specification: The gross weight of the plant is up to 220 T with length 36m,width 20m and peak height 15m respectively.
