This computer control of straight seam welder can do butt weld for metals including stainless steel,carbon steel,copper titanium,and aluminium.No deformation,no intergranular corrosion, the seam is excellent, with high automation and easy to operate.Welding speed can be adjusted continuosly and steplessly.One-side welding, double forming.It especially applicable for weld of pressure, buildup and large-diameter water tanks.

TIG and MAG welding shall be conducted for stainless steel plate, hot rolling plate, cold rolling plate and other metallic materials. The welding sheet is 0.4-1.0 mm in thick, with smooth welding seam, signal welding and double forming. There is little transformation of the work parts after welding, and corrosion of grain boundary complies with quality requirements.
