This machine is designed for round seam welding of round work piece. Such as transmission shaft, axle, hydraulic ram, solar water heater, electric water heater, pressure container, gas tank and so on.

Work piece is rotated by motor and belt. Welding torch's horizental moving is adjusted by manual, because no need to move for same work piece. Welding torch's vertical moving is powered by hydraulic cylinder.

It can weld carbon steel, stainless steel, cooper, alumnium, zinc coating plate by using different welding sources. Such as TIG welder, MIG/MAG welder, plasma welder, laser welder and so on.

Water cooling for torch and cooper plate is optional.
