This series gantry type automatic welding machine is mainly used for automatic submerged arc-welding for H profiled bar steel.
The machine stand is made from the welded standard rectangular steel tubes,so it has small weight and high strength.The automatic bidirectional guide-arc device adopts the straight line guide,so it can achieve high accurate dynamic tracing for seams and the double-group reciprocating welding.
The flux can be automatically recovered and circularly fed.
Gantry travel adopts AC frequency-changing speed regulation,so the running is smooth.
It can rapidly go back,improve work efficiency. The return positioning device can automatically stop at starting position.
