Detailed Product Description

(1)Gelatin (from gélatine) is a translucent, light yellow,  nearly tasteless , derived from

the inside animals' skin and mostly bones.

(2) specification(12.5%):112~504bloom

   19mps~200mps

(3)Base on ourown factory and lots of fresh materials near by us,we have a great advantage

on price, quality and punctual delivery time.

(4) is often used as glue/adhesive in works of printing, publication, wood working, furniture, match, and so on. And so, used as glue/adhesive its viscosity is very important, even the crucial parameter. Technical gelatin is also used as raw material of roll film.

Details of application:

Plastics polymerizing and rubber---   Thanks to its protective colloidal properties, gelatin is used at very low concentrations in the manufacture of polyvinyl chloride.
Adding gelatin to some rubber blends can also result in increasing resistance to aging and against solvents without vulcanization.

Paper industry---   Gelatins are used for impregnated surface processing or as in a "size-press" to improve various characteristics of paper, such as wet resistance, resistance to fluffing or abrasion, number of double plies or stiffness.

Encapsulation---   Being mainly used in the paper industry, micro-encapsulation is a major technique to produce carbonless paper. This technique also acts as a taste, smell or color suppresser, or as protection against air and ambient moisture in other classical applications.

Electrometallurgy---    During the electrorefining of metals (copper, zinc, cadmium) or galvanoplasty, gelatin operates as a flattening and brightening agent.

Matches---    Match manufacture makes use of the foaming and aggregating properties of gelatin.

Building industry---    Gelatin enables to increase setting time without changing mechanical characteristics of plaster. Its use in cement fluidifies mortar and makes it autoglazing.

Wood, cork industries---    Due to its binding properties, gelatin can be used as an adhesive in the wood or cork industry. It can also act in the adhesion of cork granules and in the protection of corks or capsule stoppers.
