This professional airbrush gun is newly developed with accuracy, delicacy, sensitivity and unique design. This  model is perfect choice for area and detailed paintwork facilitated by diameter 0.2-0.3mm nozzle and 2cc metal cup. Double action lever allows precise regulation of paint and air mixture. The required paint-flow volume can be adjusted with the adjusting screw at the end of the handle. Beautiful Chrome plated body build; solvent resistant seals; rust free needle system; easy to dismantle and clean; smooth trigger; excellent paint air mixture flow.

The airbrush gun Mege 1000 is a professional device for model makers, graphic designersr or retouchers. The gun is equipped with 0.2 and 0.3mm nozzle (easy to change, self centering nozzle) and is suitable for fine detailed work, like fine lines, technical illustrations, or working on masks. Suitable for fine pigmented colours, transparent colours and emulsion paint, also for colors containing solvent. The paint quantity can be limited also at the end of the handle, this is interesting for beginners, to determine the paint volume / needle lift.

Doube Action Function:  Double function airbrush realises the simultaneous regulation of air volume and paint volume with the operating lever: by pressing down the lever you can regulate the airflow, by turning it back(at the same time) you can regulate the paint volume. By activating the control lever downwards, the compressed air flows forwards, out off the needle cap. First by pressing the control lever backwards, the paint comes out of the nozzle and is sprayed on the object due to the air pressure. The more one presses the control lever backwards, the more paint is sprayed. It is recommanded to use a double action airbrush from the beginning. The maximun paint volume can be adjusted at the back by paint volume adjusting screw.

Note:At the beginning of the spraying process: First start the air, then the paint!At the end of the spraying process: First take away the paint, then the air!

Airbrush Application: The intelligent solution: The ideal and high-performance device for the airbrush, beginners or pros, for model making, ceramic, pottery, cosmetic, finger nails, helmets, technical illustrations, tanning, tattoos, textile, nailart - studios, working with emulsion paint or simply for airbrushing.

Airbrush Maintenance: 

Intermediate cleaning: spray out the paint, dissolve/loosen residue using water and /or a suitable cleaning agent and brushes/cotton buds, spraying it out subsequent to this.

Thorough cleaning (prior to longer working breaks): a. Terminate the compressed air supply. Unscrew the end piece and needle securing nut; b. Pull out the needle and clean with a cloth and cleaning agent. Check the needle tip for deformation; c. Unscrew the needle cap and clean with a cotton bud; d. Remove the nozzle and push any paint residue carefully out of the interior with a fine brush or needle. Check the nozzle and seal for cracks or deformation; e. Insert the nozzle into the air head and screw into position. Press the lever down and insert the needle carefully up to the stop. Screw the needle securing nut and end piece into position.

Further maintenance instructions:Never immerse the entire instrument in solvent. A little thinned oil should be applied accationally to the lever mechanism. Keep the needle tip and nozzle free of oil and grease, as this can influence the spraying characteristics. The needle, nozzle and seals are components subject to wear and should be replaced when necessary. Nozzle sets and flow cups are available in different sizes to facilitate conversion.
