The company occupies 400Mu, with a total construction area of 85000 square meters. The company aims at producing precision die casting aluminum alloy castings, with a designed capacity of 20000 tons and fixed assets of 550 million Yuan. The company has placed 8 sets of advanced vacuum die casting machine with capacity of 180T, 300T,400T,500T,650T,800T,1650T 38 sets of CNC, and inspection equipment such as CMM and Spectrum analyzer etc. 16 sets of die casting machines with capacity over 1000T, and 80 sets of machining center and testing equipment will be placed later; we will buy another 10sets of die casting equipment FROM 1000t TO 3300 t and CNC in the second period.
