I. Application
1. Vehicles engine's start-up in low temperature
2. Supply heat for windshield defrosting and heating in the driving cabin.
II. Function Through arcjet circulating medium, heat is transmitted directly to the radiator. The cabin is warmed through dissipation of heat from the radiator.
III. Installation Connect with engine's circulating system.
Working Principle
The main electric motor drives high pressure oil pump and fan rotating. The fuel from the oil pump is transported into injection nozzle, and after atomization, the oil is mixes with the oxidizing air and then the mixture is fired by ignition electrode, fully burning in the fire box and return. The heat is transported to the cooling liquid in the interlayer of the water jacket through the radiator which is at the inside-wall of the water jacket. The heated medium begins to circulate in the whole system to achieve heating under the action of the water pump. The exhaust gas is discharged out through the exhaust outlet.
