In mine production, winches are the only lifting equipment for inclined shafts. In the process of hoisting, the winch wire rope is the easiest to wear the trumpet. How to reduce the wear of the wire rope and increase the service life of the wire rope to achieve cost reduction is our goal. Due to the strong hardness of iron products, conveyor idler sets are also more wear-intensive for wire ropes. Because the weight of the iron roller is relatively large, the phenomenon that the mine car flies along the roller and runs along the inclined well also occurs from time to time, which will not only destroy the cable box piping equipment of the inclined well, but also adversely affect the Safe Production. We use the wear-resistant nylon resin material to process new steel wire rope idlers to replace the iron conveyor idler sets made from previous rounds of welding, thereby reducing the wear of steel wire ropes, improving service time, and achieving cost reduction. The original idler has a large weight and the installation requires two people to handle it. The new resin roller solves the inconvenience of the original idler installation. The damage caused by the roller falling off along the inclined shaft to the cable conduit of the inclined well is avoided, the maintenance amount is reduced, time is gained for safe production, and the protection is provided. The length of the conveyor idler sets is lengthened, and the phenomenon that the steel wire rope often separates from the idler is solved.
