Product Details:Pre-coating treatment of the PTFE fiber film coated filter bag: The fine dust with a certain particle size distribution is selected to adhere to the surface of the filter material in advance to form a stable primary dust layer. After pre-coating treatment, the bag filter has the advantages of high dust removal efficiency and stability, low resistance and slow growth. The technology is to dissolve the prepared powder into the filter material of the sewn filter bag by a special process, and then fix it with an adhesive to achieve the high efficiency of dust collection before the filter bag is not used. The pre-coating filter bag forms a stable dust initial layer before use, which overcomes the disadvantages of low dust removal efficiency in the early stage of the new filter material; at the same time, the initial layer of the dust is fixed by the binder and has good stability. This can reduce the adverse effects of pressure fluctuations on production. At present, the commonly used method of ash removal:1. Gas cleaning: gas cleaning is by means of high-pressure gas or external atmosphere back blowing filter bag, in order to remove the dust on the filter bag. Gas deashing includes pulse jet deashing, reverse blowing deashing and reverse suction deashing.2. Mechanical vibration beating and ash removal: it can be divided into top vibration beating and middle vibration beating and ash removal (both for the filter bag), which is to periodically take turns to vibrate each filter bag with the help of mechanical vibration beating device to remove the ash on the filter bag.3. Manual beating: manual beating is used on each filter bag to remove the accumulated dust on the filter bag.
