The whole line is composed of automatic decoiler, roll former, press machine, magnetic turning table, multiple spot welder, side seam welding machine, head welding machine, side shearing machine, head cutting machine, and controlling cabinets, etc. The sizes of radiators are 320, 460, 480, 520, 535, or custom-design (as per client’s actual requirement). This line is fully automatic production line from coil strips to well-made radiator panels, all the processes are finished online.
